Christmas was cool.
I had pistachios in my stocking which, by itself would have been pretty cool, but there was more. I had a chess clock (a long wanted item) and a tournament-standard chess set, including a roll up chess board, weighted pieces with an extra queen, a tournament recording book, and a carryall totebag.
We also had some good family and spiritual time.
Also, the food was awesome.

I can't believe how much you have written in your blog since I last visited. I am so happy you received so much chess "equipment" for Christmas. Sounds like you are outfitted to the max. Anything else you need? Congratulations on your last tournament!
